As president of Rent Florida Realty Steven Terrinoni has been involved in every aspect of the company. Steve is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has over 20 years of experience in Property management, managing multi-family properties and single family homes. Steve has a certificate of completion of Successful Site Management through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He has attended numerous training seminars on leasing, legal up dates, fair housing, marketing and Florida landlord \ tenant law. Steve is an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). He feels by being an active participant in these organizations, he is able to not only be aware of the changes within our industry, but be involved in effective changes which help both investment owner and residents.

Lawrence Ullrich graduated with honors from Laurel Sr. High in Prince Georges County Maryland. Where he was educated in Construction, Heating\Air-condition and Automotive. From there he pursued a career in the United States Air Force. Achieving numerous awards from maintenance professional of the year to honors graduate from Air Force Test Cell Jet training facility. During the time Lawrence was in the military he proceeded to started his real estate education in 1984. By obtaining his real estate salesman’s licenses this allowed him to pursue his investment aspiration as a young man. He retired from the military to pursue greater education in the aircraft industry. Working for 4 years at licensed Air Frame & Power Plant technician at Miami International Airport. He then turn his mechanical skills to the automotive industry. As a Certified ASE automotive technician he continued his real estate investing. After acquiring and renovating many investment property himself, he decided to make a career change and take his technical knowledge to the Residential property management sector. Working as an apprentice broker\manager for the largest rental company in Broward County, he obtained his Real Estate Brokers license in 1992. In 1994 Lawrence and Steven Terrinoni then opened Rent Florida Realty.

As Vice President of the company Lawrence maintains the day to day running of the maintenance division of Rent Florida Realty. His technical and mechanical back ground ensure savings for all clients of Rent Florida Realty. Continuing his education as members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). He is now working on his RPM licensing through the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Education is the on the forefront of Rent Florida Realty goals to insure the best results for our clients. Through this education we are leaders in the property management industry.
